The sequence of itinerary, flight schedules and hotels are subjected to change without prior notice in case of unforeseen circumstances. 

If some attractions and meals cannot be arranged normally due to force majeure or unavoidable despite reasonable care (such as traffic jams, flooding in scenic spots, policy adjustments, long queues, etc.), or due to the return time, or the inability to receive special groups according to the regulations of the scenic spot, our agency has the right to cancel or replace with other attractions of equal value (if a refund is required during the trip, all refund standards are based on the travel agency's discounted price, not the scenic spot's listed price, and the fee for the free attractions is not refundable)

During the group trip, if you choose to leave the group midway during the non-free activity period, the unfinished part will be deemed to be abandoned by you. No fees will be refunded for the unfinished itinerary that has actually incurred losses.

Should there be any discrepancies over the English and Chinese versions of the itinerary, we will follow the Chinese itinerary. 

We will not be held responsible in the event of flight delay leading to disruptions to the itinerary.
